Domestic transport is governed by the General Conditions of Carriage (AVC), with the exception of Article 29.
For cross-border transport, the AVC applies in addition to the CMR Convention.
Exceptional transport is governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Exceptional Transport (AVET), with the exception of Article 11.
Lifting and crane operations, as well as equipment rental, are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the Vertical Transport Association (VVT), with the exception of Article 17.
All activities related to storage and handling are governed by the General Storage Terms and Conditions, with the exception of Article 11.
All other activities are governed by the Dutch Freight Forwarding Terms and Conditions, with the exception of Article 23. Dutch law applies.
Disputes shall be settled exclusively by the District Court of Rotterdam (Rotterdam location).
